Yesterday afternoon I phoned in to Vodacom for a suspended line that was payed yesterday morning. The only response I have gotten from their horrible customer service was "Sorry Mam we cannot help you". The account holder of the contract is my father (as the contract was opened 10 years ago when I was still in school), BUT I PAY THE ACCOUNT MONTHLY!! He also has another contract with Vodacom but that number is rarely used. What Vodacom are doing now is they suspend both lines if the other contract is not payed in full. Their reason is that they put both bills on one report and they can suspend whatever they like! Whenever I phone to get information on THE BILL I PAY, they simply refuse to help me. My father has send in numerous letters stating that I am the one paying, my account details on the system, but every other consultant is extremely rude and refuses to give me information. When the account is payed each individual number has its own VSPC number to id the phone, why am I wasting my time putting that in when you dont even know to which number the payment has been made. I am FED UP WITH VODACOM, and by the way, how do you bill one number twice in 10 days???
