Illed for a phone I don't even have

In November 2012 I got a phone from MTN - I turned it on and stayed with the network for less then 24hours becuase of their bad service and horrible call centres. I got through to a call centre and informed them I would be cancelling it on the Tuesday - by the Friday I had physically gone to an MTN store to retyrn the phone - I was assured the contract would be cancelled - and have all the supporting documentation - yet every month since then they bill me -i send them numerous emails - I have records of all these - and yet not one person from MTN has called me - despite me continously askin them to do so - their call centres don't work, numbers go un-answered. So for the third month running I have been billed - I await MTN response.
You cannot call their call centres unless you're and MTN subscriber - which I never want to be again - their email system goes unasnwered - and in my experience it seems the stupidity and utter uselessness of MTN knows no bounds.
Let's hope they'll sort this out or to the ombudsman it is for me to get MTN to stop being such.
