Dear Sir/Madam.

In October last year i Called the 082 1958 number to put the 1 month cancellation note into effect.
the month of november i was still billed, when i called again, they explained that no note was placed on the account, and therefore i would be billed for the final month still.

Coome January 2013, i have another contract that expires in february so given the timeous cancellation that is needed, i call again and request that the contract be terminated with the final bill in february, all is well and i get assured that end of february the number would be discontinued as i dont require the number anymore and therefore dont need to have it changed to prepaid, hAHAHAH what a joke is Vodacom's call centres...

Mid March and i notice the number is still active, call vodacoms call center again and me... the notification is not on the accoumt, and guess what the voice recording of the call that was made supposedly, cannot be found., ..., so now the Accountr will be billed again.
I WANT VODACOM TO PROVE THAT THEY DO MAKE VOICE RECORDINGS OF THE CALLS AND NOT JUST THE CALL CENTRE STAFF THAT DOESNT KNOW HOW TO ADD A CANCELLATION NOTE...
