Nothing But Bad Experiences

In March 2012 I signed up for the MTN 3G unlimited router. Its seems that the only unlimited thing about this contract is the number of bad experiences I get from it. It started first with the store not RICA-ing the SIM, despite me having handed in the relevant documentation. The store did not answer their phones and the MTN call centres cut me off as the SIM was not RICA'd. This was the first two weeks of the contract. We then experienced internet connectivity in two day bursts and had to keep calling the call centre to get them to reset the line. Finally we handed in the router to get tested and two months later after no call from the store, and phones not being answered (again) we went to the store to find out that our router had been their a while and was replaced because it was faulty. The problems have continued for over a year. Thousands of rands on a USELESS contract and TERRIBLE service all I want to do is cancel my contract and after two months of trying I can't even get through to the relevant people! I've tried call centres, Facebook, their website and NO ONE responds to anything. I am now desperate to get rid of this contract and MTN for good!
