VODACOM DON'T GIVE A ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

From November 2012 I've had nothing but strife from Vodacom and affiliated call centres and stores. The latest stems from cancelling my contract which ENDED in January 2013. A few days after the contract ended I applied to cancel it fully as I do not use the number and had not found any phones I wanted to upgrade to. The dealer then said they had new deals coming in a week so I revoked the cancellation and was told everything was fine. I carried on paying for the contract. Come March I still had not found anything worthwhile, not to mention little things like it taking admin 2YEARS to get my address right etc. I then called the call centre and put my contract number through to be cancelled. Again, told all is well. Only to find out that not only is the contract number STILL OPEN but NO CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS SUBMITTED AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORDS OF ME CALLING. Well done Vodacom, thanks for the service I have ever had to deal with. Maybe you should start hiring qualified individuals!!!
