Long wait for call centres to answer calls

I am very unhappy at how long the call centres take to answer calls. These days most people have mobile phones only and calling the call centres is such long waitand so expensive that eventually when they do decide to take your call then your airtime has run out. They are also not allowed to call you back even in the middle of speaking to them about a technical query. The surveys that they send you after you call the call centre does not allow clients to give the own comments.
