No feedback regarding phone repai

Hi There,

Hopefully by adding a complaint I will get feedback.

On 11/04/13 I handed in my Samsung Galaxy S2 for repairs at the Mtn Connection shop in Centuirion mall.
I got a copy of the TFR and I phoned the Technical & Collection call centres on the form to find out what is the progress on my phone.

They informed me that they haven't received my phone for the repairs and have no record of my Imei number on their systems.

After numerous calls to the Mtn Connection store (0838698149 & 0718565057 not once the phone was answered and I sent mails to [Email Removed] as indicated on my invoice but the mails don't deliver) I actually went into the store twice to find out what is going on with my phone, the lady that assisted me yesterday did not really do much and also tried to phone the call centres and told me they place her on hold and she hanged up.

I went back a later and I was told that I will be phoned back later the day with an update to where my phone is and the progress on the repair.

Still NO feedback from the store or answering their phone!
I am disgusted by the "NO service" I have received so far and would appreciate it if I can know what is going on!
