I've been trying to enquirer about n fault on my account on Nov where I got charged twice. Call was logged on the 14 of November. Till now everybody I spoke to seems to send me to call other numbers (Upgrade-, Aftersale-, accounts-, customer care departments) but no one wants to assist. This is 3 weeks and they expect me to pay?! I want to cancel my account!
