In October 2013 I upgraded my handset ref:105383091 were upon I was advise once I receive my October billing statement I must contact the retention department to waver the upgrade fee of R104.99. On 23 October 2013 I contacted the retention department as requested. On 20 November 2013 by cheque account was debited with the upgrade fee as well as the monthly payment. On 22 November 2013 I contacted the retention department and spoke to Patience whom gave me a ref number:106375978 and made a promise that was not kept. On 9 December I contact again and spoke to Presley at the contact centre ref: 106968739 whom informed me that he put a request through to Patience to contact me. On 20 December 2013 I contacted again for I had no call back from Patience. I spoke to Adeley Ref: 107011403 whom advised me that the request was sent to the billing department and the retention department cannot assist me any further. Spoke to Mable a Teamleader ref:107016500 that made a promise with feedback before 2pm onn 10 December 2013. I WANT MY MONEY PAID BACK INTO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT TODAY 10 DECEMBER 2013 AMOUNT OF R104.99
