Last time caught by Cell C - No Trust in Cell C

I am now totally fed up. I have phoned, emailed and spoken to various people in the call centre, customer serv, retention and upgrade departments!!! My contract no 084-814-9850 expires 25 Aug 2013. During July 2013 I phoned to cancel this contract due to poor service however once again was made huge promises by the retention department and hence I decided to upgrade.. Three weeks later I have still not received the new device and therefor decided enough is enough. I phoned, and email again to cancel the upgrade and the contract (I spoke to Bridgitte). Bridgitte confirmed that both were cancelled. I phoned today to find out when my last payment would be only the hear that only the upgrade was cancelled and not the contract... Now I am stuck with Cellc again for another month!!! I then asked to be transfered to the retention department to speak to a superviser, I was poilitely informed that she can not take my call and I was placed back in your queque... only to do a survey on service... ha what a joke!!! I WANT THIS DAMM CONTRACT CANCELLED NOW!!! NO MORE STORIES NO MORE EXCUSSES!!!
