SMARTPHONE NOT DELIVERED - EXCESS PAID

I LOST MY PHONE DUE TO A ON THE 30TH OF OCTOBER 2013. MY PHONE WAS INSURED WITH FNB DEVICES. I WENT TO THE BRANCH TO FILL IN THE INSURANCE PAPERS. I GOT AN SMS THAT MAX FROM REPLACE A PHONE WILL CONTACT ME ON THE 29TH NOVEMBER AND I HAD TO PAY AN EXCESS OF R2366.50. I CONTACTED MAX MYSELF AND HE SENT ME A QOUTE WHICH WAS MORE WITH R60 AND HE EXPLAINED THAT ITS FOR THE COURIER. I DEPOSITED THE MONEY THE NEXT AND SENT HIM THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AND HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET MY PHONE IN 2 DAYS, AFTER THE 2 DAYS I CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE IS WITH THE COURIER COMPANY (MSD), ON THE 4TH MSD CLAIMED THAT THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER AND THERE WAS NO ONE, I ASKED THEM WHETHER THEY CALLED ME TO CONFIRM OR NOT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT CALL CLIENTS. THE NEXT DAY I CONTACTED MAX TO TELL HIM AND HE SAID HE WILL INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME, I CALLED MSD, THEY REFERRED ME TO THEIR POTCH BRANCH WHO REFERRED ME TO VRYBURG BRANCH. I JUST WANT MY PHONE TO BE DELIVERED LIKE MAX PROMISED BECAUSE NOW I HAVE USED SO MUCH AIRTIME CONTACTING ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW THEIR STORY.
