NO FEEDBACK FROM MTN CALL CENTRE

My phone was in September and I called MTN to suspend my line, which was done, I called again the beginning of October and spoke to Patience at the retention dept whom i requested to cancel my contract and the number since I was not interested in keeping both, she told me my request has been actioned and even sent an email to confirm, but the debit order for October would still run and it will be the last one. However this morning I got an sms that MTN has deducted money from my account and I called the call centre and spoke to Lindiwe who said she cannot assist nor put me through to the retentions dept but will ask Patience to call me as soon as possible. I have waited the whole day and no call from them and I need my money reversed and the contract cancelled.
