Poor service and Incorrect Billing

Incorrectly Billed for 2 consecutive months by Vodacom, queried the bill and was being escalated to the Vodacom Billing department on the 13/12/2013. I was told that someone would cantact me in 24 hours, but there was not contact made since this issue was raised with Vodacom. I followed up and no one could account for being responsible for the case. Even now Vodacom is still Billing me incorrectly as it shows on their proposed bill.
