Reversed Data and still Received Incorrect Billing

I booked a request with Vodacom agent on the 25th August about Data I bought for my 3GB router account, but since the Sim didn't work even after I purchased more data as I thought I had ran out... I used another Vodacom sim I have and then called Vodacom to reverse the data I purchased for the other SIM card.

I have phoned 2 times already and no one from Vodacom Billing has phoned me with regards to the Billing, I have received the Incorrect invoice already which raises a lot of questions on my side to say no one looks at the requests clients make. A simple phone call from Billing to advise why this is taking so long is what I require. If the Incorrect monies are Billed from my account at the end of the Month, I will port my numbers to any mobile network... I am so upset because even on top of it the reception of this 3G is BAD: s3-ty13e-elgir

I was Told by the Vodacom network technician that they don't know how long it will take them to sort out my 3G reception problem
