Worst mistake ever taking a contract with vodacom

Had an issue with vodacom in November about the billing on my data, they debited a high amount from my account. a vodacom agent contacted me and said vodacom will deduct their portion and credit my vodacom account with the rest. The beginning of December they debited the same amount as in November, that led to some of my other account being paid horribly late. So now where is the credit that's been added to my account and still waiting for a response from vodacom. Worst mistake i made is joining vodacom since day one i had a bad experience with them and this is just the cherry on the cake, vodacom just soft talks client and then there is no effort and i`m sick of every time receiving apologies and nothing is being done about it. I pride myself in paying everything on time, THANKS VODACOM!!!
