Slow and unreliable ADSL - REDICULOUS!

There is a single MSAN in Plettenberg Bay, which we are far away from. We have high latency and when it rains you can forget the internet. It simply doesn't work. Even on a normal day it drops and goes off the entire time! It is rediculous. We are only on 2MB/s. We want 10MB/S or VDSL, but no - where do they go and put a VDSL line - IN THE TOWNSHIP - WHAT??? Are you serious? We run an online business, hello... we are your customers who PAY! If you cannot manage to get a second MSAN put in and make the problems go away, you've lost us. We need FAST and RELIABLE internet. YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THAT!
