Poor service and communication

On the 26th February I had my ADSL line transferred from Durban to Pretoria. Specifically requested ADSL.
A technician came on the 1st March to install the line. On Friday afternoon I was told that my ADSL would be active between 3-4pm that day. Monday again I was told my internet was being activated as I spoke. Still no connection.
Tuesday, Renatta from the call center informed me that there was only ever an order for a normal phone-line. She was helpful. I then ordered 40mb VDSL but had to later that day phone in to cancel that order as I hadn't reviewed the ISP costs for that service. On the same day I was told that my order was already being cancelled for unknown reasons and that I couldn't order a 10mb ADSL line until the cancellation had gone through.
On Wednesday I called in again and was told that actually no such cancellation had been placed, and that somebody will contact me later that day regarding cancellation so that I could order a 10mb ADSL line. No one contacted me. Today I finally managed to get Simangile, also very helpful, to cancel my line and to put through the 10mb ADSL line order. Now I again have to wait for my ADSL. Sloppy communication and service.
