I called in to ask "Axxess" why I have been billed R1395 for a 40mbps vdsl account when they started managing me a month ago after the first 2 days downloading 17 GB to tell them that this is nonsense and they must fix it. The support told me "They will be suspending my account for a week for complaining against their rules"! what ISP provides 40mbps vdsl when they can't even handle 10mbps I see people on Openweb and afrihost downloading more than a 1000GB on a 4mbps vanilla adsl line!!! Why me at 17GB being throttled to 23KB/s on a 40mbps vdsl line what people does this? This is total BS!!!
