Excellent service

I did an upgrade 2 years ago at Brooklyn MTN, which the consultant upgraded me to the wrong package. It took days to get sorted and i had endless problems.
Today I would just like to compliment on the excellent service I received from Miles Viljoen at MTN Woodlands Boulevard. He assisted me with my cell phone upgrade, it was just before closing time, it took 10-15 minutes and it was done. corrected all my info on the system and gave me a copy of my new contract. 2 days later i had problems with my new phone, same day he called and adviced me that a new phone was ready for collection. When i arrived he assisted to me to change my sim card to the new phone. this has just been an amazing experiance.
Thanks a million Miles Viljoen and MTN Woodlands for such a wonderful and painless upgrade.
