I have been with MTN for over a decade now and have two cellphone contracts with them. I had to do an upgrade on one of my cellphone of which I had to wait for 3 weeks for the hand-set and wait for another 1 week for the sim card to be migrated from voice to data. And on the 25 Nov 2013, some lady called me to come to the store to sign the paperwork becasue my handset was ready for collection. While was busy with the paperwork the lady who was assisting me, informed me that the sim card wont be ready for use and I should wait for about 2 to 24 hours before I can use the simcard becasue they had to rica it and do the sim-swap, so I went home with the new hand-set and waited for 24 hours and after waiting for 24 hours still the sim card was not working. Then I called 808 from my other hand-set and the getnlemen told me that the sim-swap was done but not the rica according to their system, so I had to call MTN Woodlands store in order for them to rica my sim card.

I phoned the MTN Woodlands the whole day the phone just rings and nobody is picking up the phone. Now im sitting with a hand-set that I cannot use becasue somebody at MTN Woodlands did not do their job properly.
