Not delivering on promises

My Fiance went to vodacom4u in woodlands to upgrade her contract to a contract where she can get the samsung galaxy S4 phone. According to the sales person Jaco she was informed that the ONLY package that was available for her to get the phone was the Smart XL package of close to R900 a month, since then we found out 10 days later that the phone is also available on the Smart S package for about R130 a month. Now they told us that they can do a CANCELATION of the upgrade and redo the upgrade since the new month with the new contract has not yet begun. But now we are getting sent from one number to the next and all the fingers keep pointing back at the vodacom store in Woodlands. They just say sorry there is nothing that they can do about it. This needs to be sorted out before the end of this billing month otherwise there is a migration fee of R3000 that I am totaly holding vodacom 4U in woodlands responsable. Will this ever come to a conclution???
