Worst upgrade service eve

I received the worst service ever at MTN Centurion. I went in for a normal upgrade. But the consultant first gave me the wrong information about the package. So when she upgraded me on the system, it wasn't the right upgrade. I couldn't receive my phone yet because I didn't have my ID. When I went back the next day they couldn't change the upgrade on the system and said I have to come back the next day. During the next day they phoned said everything is fine I can just came in to sign the contract and get my phone. So when I went to them the afternoon they lost my id copy. Costing me time and petrol to get my id. When I got back later they still couldn't fix the upgrade on the system and told me to come back on Monday. Over the weekend I got sms that I was upgraded to something I never signed for! On top of that my Black Berry service will be activated shortly. I never ask for a Blackberry and don't even have one now. Now I have to go back to them for the fourth time to fix their problems.
