Upgrade on Cell phone and not giving all the info

Visited the Vodacom 4U shop at Woodlands Boulevard in Pretoria on Saturday to do a upgrade and today when I started to set up the phone - I noticed there is NO MEDIA CARD!!! Now I hear that's becoming a thing from cell phone companies - BUT PLEASE answer me one thing!!! Don't u think the consultant could be NICE enough to inform us of these new developments??? I mean what do u buy a phone for??? It's to store things!!! I think it's disgraceful how the Consultant JESSICA - didn't inform us that there was NO media card!!! Heads up would of been nice - we could of selected a different phone or just purchased a media card RIGHT there and then (HECK u would of made even more money out of us!!!)! Just shows u how Vodacom just wants business and MONEY - THEY HAVE no interest in customer satisfaction!!! So so so so sad!!! Pathetic REALLY!!! When I called on Sunday to ask the manager what she thought of the situation, Tanya told me that because of the big competition between Iphone and Samsung - blackberry don't include media cards anymore! WHAT KIND OF A explanation is that! I will be sure to spread the word about the terrible service we got from VODACOM 4U!!!
