Hi,
I must say I am very disappointed in 8ta - Let me start by saying I DID NOT WANT TO UPGRADE DUE TO 8TA NOT HAVING INSURANCE - but I received a phone call about 2 months back advising I may upgrade I explicitly asked if 8ta has insurance now and the answer I received was "yes" - First lie.
I have 2 contracts both were ready for upgrade, I went and upgraded to the iphone 5, one contract gave no problems but the other one did. Then I we asked if we could not get another number for the upgrade and we were told that she will try to process it like that, AND THEN SHE WILL NOTIFY 8TA THAT THE NEW NUMBER IS ACTUALLY THE UPGRADE OF THE OTHER NUMBER THAT GAVE PROBLEMS AND THAT SHE WILL THEN CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH THE NUMBER GIVING PROBLEMS - Now billing time came - I was billed for the previous number, and I was billed twice for the iphone contract that gave problems, the number that did not give any problems with the upgrade was billed correctly - I escalated it to east gate branch and now the lady is changing her words and she said, she logged a call with my billing problem - since last week. I spoke to her yesterday and she said she'll have an answer for me today - NO REPLY YET.
