Bad service, no response and in correct billing

Good Day, I called the call Centre on 30/11 on 8:34 am was on call for 15:53 and the tone of the lady she sounded irritated when I was asking her questions. I called again spoke to second person 10:20am she could not assist she said I should call 082155 at 10:34 am was on call for 29:04 the first lady could not help she sent me to account department then the lady could not help also she said she'll log a query with administrator and I'll get feedback in 48 working hours the time has lasted today at 10:34 yet no response. I was billed R 1 281.48 for data usage and we did not use live streaming nor U Tube for that billing month. I need information what is the amount for? is it too much to ask Vodacom? I pay my account every month without disputes so why am I treated this way. the number in question is 0798950446
