No call back!!!

I have two tablet account with Nashua, last week one got. I called Nashua to cancel the sim and that went well. I then called to terminate the account I spoke to Thabelo Tshikala who told me that I would need to pay - R2800 excl vat. I then asked him to give me give me details on how I can pay, he told me he is forwarding my details to some other department and they would call me back. No one call me. Then i called in the next day and spoke to Simone and I told her my story and she told me she would tell Thabelo to call me back. Can someone call me back I am tired of trying!
