A faulty line not fixed after reporting twice

Good day,
I have called Telkom twice over a period of 2 months to report my dead line. After the first visit my husband was told that the line had been struck by lightening and i need to place my cordless phone, so i did but the line was still dead. I called for the second time REF 31OCNZ201113 to report this. I have not received any assistance since then.
