My Telkom 8Ta service was interrupted due to a fault with the debit order system. I called in rather late in the day and was instructed to make a payment and send through proof of payment on an email, following which it would take up to five hours to re-activate my internet service. I did exactly that and to my surprise, received a phone call about twenty minutes later from Nomazulu Mpofu confirming receipt of my email and a promise to call me again once my internet service had been re-activated. About 30 minutes later I received another call from Nomazulu who then confirmed that my service had been activated again and she gave me instructions on what to do to get it all up and running again. It was a real pleasure dealing with Nomazulu, who not only kept me updated, but also made a plan to get it all done really quickly so that I did not have to wait for the full five hours before I could access the internet again. I was really impressed. Thanks Namazulu - you were awesome.
