NO VERVICE AT ALL- AFTER REPORTING FAULT

Good day
With this letter a please want the manager of Telkom to phone me back regarding my complaint.(Ref 4ctz180313)
I wrote a letter on 19 March 2013 to Telkom due to the fact that my Telkom line is faulty 350 days out of the 365 days. When I report the line as faulty, 2 days later I receive an sms stating that the line is restored. Report the line again as faulty, and getting the same sms. And so it goes on, AND THE LINE IS STILL DEAD!!!
AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS MATTER ON 19 MARCH, I received an e-mail that the matter has been escalated and my reference number is ARS 224182.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT AFTER ALL THIS COMPLAINTS I AGAIN RECEIVES YOU SIMPLE SMS' STATING THAT THE LINE IS RESTORED. WHY THE AM I COMPLAINING ABOUT, AND YOU KEEP ON DOING IT. ARE YOU MOKING ME NOW???

THE LINE IS STILL DEAD!!! a TECHNICIAN SHOULD BE DISPATCED TO SEE FOR THEMSELVES.

Please, if this is too much to ask- rather close my telephone line a refund me my line rental for all these years, that never work. I had enough of this. If I do not receive rapid reaction I am going to the ombudsman.
