Telkom line fault 10 months of the yea

Good day
I am now fed up with Telkom's service. When ever you pick up the telephone the line is dead. There is just never service. The phone is just always dead. The previous time that I reported the line faulty, Telkom send me sms's that is fault is restored, but is was NEVER restored. Had to phone the customer care line 18 times just to receive an sms the next day that the fault is restored. What kind of service is this??? After all I paid for the service and NEVER got credit for the dates that the line is faulty.

WITH THIS LETTER I REQUEST THAT THE LINE RENTAL SHOULD BE CREDITED!! AND RESTORED ASAP!!!
As my alarm system is working from the telephone line, I will keep Telkom liable for any loss is the is any breaking in my house. I please want a reference number for THIS letter send to Telkom.
