Worst Service Eve

It is unfathomable that every single time I call Telkom (because they NEVER call me back) the new call center person I talk to, tells me a complete contradictory story. Every single time, it's something different and they extend the ETA with another month. I have never struggled so much to try and pay for a service before. The worst service I have ever encountered before.
