Telephone Line DEAD for weeks!!!

How is this possible?

How can a company just ignore you and continue billing you? I have logged 4 faults on this line in the past 2 months. The line is fixed every 1 week and then goes dead after a day again.

There is something going on at Telkom and no-one is talking.

I am going to cancel my telephone / ADSL line if this line is not fixed and I get a refund on my account.
