Yesterday, 23 January 2014 at about 3 O'clock, my husband and I was on the phone busy with a conversation. The next moment we were interrupted by somebody commanding us to get off the line. My husband asked who and why you are on our line. Then very rudely this guy named George, told my husband he is from telkom and has to change the line to an ADSL line and we must get off the line immediately. Very bad attitude from this guy to just interrupt our conversation and give a command.

So we did end our conversation. From thereon our telkom line is completely dead - no service at all since yesterday.

Yesterday we did report this as a fault line to telkom and are still waiting for the line to be fixed. I really feel that this problem should have fixed by now as this fault is due to one of telkom: s employees. Now we pay for a service we don't have! This morning my husband phoned the faults department and they said they would get a Instruction manager to contact my husband. It is 3 hours later and nobody has contacted us and the phone is still not working. Why do we have to bear the inconvenience caused by one of telkom's employees?
