Telkom does not respond to fault report

72 CTK 080213 fault report nr. I have reported this on 08.02.2013. The line is still dead. I have no access to my adsl line, nor my phone line. It is DEAD for 11 days now. I dont appreciate having to sit calling from my cellphone daily, listening to 5 minutes of voice prompts every time, and when I finally get through all I am told is that the technician is busy working on it. This is BULL $H1T!!! Nobody has once contacted me to let me know where I stand.
