Data Bundle purchased incorrectly 3 times

Yesterday I did what I always did. Buy a data bundle for the coming month. BUT the Vodacom application was surely not working. I logged into the app. Tried to buy the data bundle and it came up with a message saying that an error occurred and I should try again. Which I did. Same error cam up and I tried again. So this is 3 times.

I then tried to do it through the *111# option. But when it came to payment it said I had no funds available.

So yes, I apparently bought 3 bundles of R149 1GB promos. In the mean time it takes 3-5 days to get some feedback according to customer service.

All this while I then only have R50 on my phone which should apparently be my problem after the app didnt work and it cost me R447 (R149 x 3).

Please fix this error. Thanks.
