It's seems that vodacom is against me with regards to recurring data bundle purchases.
I normally Am quite content with vodacom and have only had a compliant once before - about the same thing.
This time however I'm perplexed at to what has happened. I purchased a 1Gig bundle on the 25/08/13. After checking my balance it showed that the R149.00 had been added to my account.
In the 28th I get an SMS stating I have run out of data. This struck me as odd as I regularly purchase bundles and know when the would run out. Upon checking the vodacom app it states clearly that the bundle size is 190MB! Now even if this was an error in the app I definitely wouldn't have used a Gig in two days! Customer care as usual didn't help even though the lady was polite and did try, she didn't grasp what I was trying to say and instructed me to login to the vodacom website and check there as they can't see bundles which are on promotion (which is also strange, but anyway...)
I would like some clarification and if it is vodacom s fault (which I'm sure it is) I would like them to sort it out ASAP as I'm now using my money to complain against their error yet again.
