Two days ago i purchased a 1gig pro data bundle, it did not state that the promo will be ending and that I would be losing all data and now I have lost R150 worth of airtime, this is unacceptable as i am using an excessive amount of data and vodacom charges R149 for a 500mb data bundle and therefore the promo bundle was more affordable.
I want to be refunded as I had no warning when my bundle would expire and I would like to port to a different network ASAP!
