Dear Telkom,
Are you trying to cripple my business? I reported my phone lines down 2weeks ago, they had already been down for 3 days. You consultant assured me that business line get top priority. Who's? Obviously not mine as I still do not have any means of communication. My company has virtually come to a standstill. I tried phoning again today but after holding on (for the 3rd time) for a total of 28min, 32 seconds and being cut off again I gave up. Your consultant did phone me eventually this afternoon and upon hearing how upset I was, decided not to rush on over but rather not pitch up.
Just another example of pure maladministration where the client is like the sheep to the slaughter. If there was any alternative with a fixed line service, I would fire your pathetic service in a heart beat.
Would love to hear your excuse on this one.
