Not as promised but paying!!!

We have contacted Telkom numerous times over the past few months to report a very slow ADSL line however the only assistance being a line reset. On Wednesday I contacted Telkom yet again after experiencing difficulty downloading my UNiSA files. I demanded that a technician be sent out to check the lines in order to have the issue resolved. We eventually received a call today from a Telkom Technician who informed us that he tested the line and that we were lucky to have any internet at all as we were on the 'incorrect board'. He duly sorted this problem for us and reset the modem (all telephonically), he then proceeded to ask us which lights were now showing on the modem however the internet light was no longer showing and we now had no internet access at all! He then told us to phone and log the issue with the Telkom call center. We have spent more than 3 hours on the phone and still no internet! Surely the fact that I have been paying for this service from the start should constitute a breach of contract and now not having any internet makes it even worse! There seems to be absolutely no integration between the Telkom departments. I'm writing exams and need internet access!!!
