OVERBILLING for internet that doesn't work

2 months ago I tried to use my internet, but it said that the connection was terminated. I assumed then that there was something wrong with my debit order... when I checked, Mtn had not taken off the montly payment due to "insufficient funds" which was nonsense since there was enough money in my account. Therefore I had to go in to Mtn and pay cash for the internet to get turned on again. The same thing happened the next month... once again..enough money in my account but Mtn stated there was insufficient funds. Then this last month, they subtract a more than twice the amount of my internet cost from my bank, and when I tried to use the the internet, still "connection terminated". Eventually I got time to go in to an Mtn store. The lady barely looked up to help me. She informed that Mtn had subtracted two months' worth of internet cost (plus penalties) and that they would then not take off the money for December. She also told me that my internet will now work when I reset the sim card by putting it in my phone and switching that on and off and then putting that back into the modem. I did this and well, my internet still doesn't work.
