I have a virgin mobile contract which expires in december 2013. Service and billing was terrible therefore I don't want to renew my contract. I called at the beginning of nov to cancel and give a month notice period. I was told to call back which I did and transfered to retention dept wheRe I was given the option to go on prepaid. I told them I will go on prepaid. But when I called again after holding on for more than half an hour on all occasions, I was advised its not cancelled. I asked for a supervisor or managr to call me and no one called to date. I called today and was told my contract is still not cancelled. I asked to speak to a manager and waited 20 min and call was cut. I am worried that my contract won't b cancelled. I don't want to renew my contract and want confirmation that its cancelled as I did my duty and gave the company a month notice. I have spent a lot of money on phone Calls, time and my patience has now run out. I didn't have the courtesy of one phone call and waiting on the lines for a consultant to answer is pathetic. Its one of the worst companies to deal with. Plse can u escalate and hopefully I get a response. Thanks. Seema
