I am utterly disgusted at the service I am receiving from the customer care line, I have 2 data contracts with 8ta and 1 contract was suppose to end on 03/09/13. I called the care line on 081180 and spoke to Lucky on 07/08/13 requesting this contract to be cancelled on 03/09/13. I emailed on the same day 07/08/2013 [Email Removed] also requesting this cancellation. I quoted the case no. 6563269.I had no response from anyone. I sent another follow up email on 02/09/13 just to confirm cancellation, still no response. However Lucky did confirm on 07/08/13 that everything was in order and my request was being dealt with. I seem to have received 10 gigs of data again in October which I was not aware of and did not request, this is what concerned me as I was under the impression my contract was cancelled on 03/09/13 as I requested. I called the call center again on 02/10/13 and spoke again to Lucky, who checked and admitted that my request was on the system, however the person responsible did not cancel it and a supervisor will call me back. To date there was no call back. I received an October statement for the contract I cancelled as it ended 3/9/13.I've had enough. Pathetic service.
