I called on the 21st of June at 14h36 and the call lasted 10 minutes 54 seconds, to inquire about when my contract will end, I was informed that the last debit will be on the 1st of August. I then called again on the 22nd of July to confirm the last debit date as well as the steps i need to take to have my number converted to prepaid, I spoke to a different agent who also said the last debit is on the 1st of August. I called in again on the 16th of August and spoke to Kgomotso at retention's dept who assisted in converting my number to prepaid. for the month of August i did not receive any top up then today you debited my account without success. I called in to find out about this at 03/09/2013 at 07:31 am and I spoke to this lady who mumbled her name when i asked.she tells me the last debit is on September! if this is the case why did Kgomotso not inform me that you still were going to debit in september? this is all dodgy mtn! are you trying to taint my good credit record? what exactly is happening? why am i getting different stories? AND PLEASE FORA CHANGE OWN UP AND RESPOND TO MY QUERY!
