I called the call centre on Saturday 23/11/2013, to increase my data bundle purchase, first the agent name Charity, told me it was not possible, then I asked to speak to supervisor - Thembi, and suddenly they told me that they would increase my data purchase, then they called me back to tell me that there is a problem that they couldn't not increase my bundle purchase immediately due to some internal issue, and the problem will be resolved within 72hrs, Its Monday and im still waiting for my data bundles, called this morning they told me 7 working day. WHO IS TELLING ME TRUTH, I want my data bundles that Im going to be paying for.
From my numerous unhappy encounters with Telecom Mobiles call centre, these are me observations, The call centre agents are lacking knowledge for the brand that they are representing, and on some occasions, they are actually rude. Telecom please increase the amount of times that we can increase our spend limit per month, Turn over times are scary, 72 hours and 7 day working days, People we have evolved since the 1980's, keep up with the times, and for 's sake, we are paying for a service, train your staff, and speed up your processes.
