I started a contract with 8ta the 06/03/2013, was very happy with getting my new phone, with setting the phone up i used all 200MG up, the way Fourways and Northgate branch explained to me is that i could top up with data bundles and they would take it off by debt order along with my amount from the contract when the account gets paid but now when i tried to increase the airtime on my phone and bought R200 airtime from 8ta nothing was appearing on my phone, so i called the 8ta call centre and they told me that with a contract i cannot buy airtime, nor can i increase my data bundle?? when i opened this contract at Fourways - they knew i had a contract, why would they give me the wrong information? and as for the number being ported over i did that the same day my number was activated, now we sitting at 13/03/2013, when i go to the branch they just make me fill out another form to wait another 3 days!? why is this happening?? why give the wrong information to the customer and make them spend R200 for nothing - i have just wasted R200 to 8ta :( :( please - please can someone help me :( the call centre is now saying they cannot help me about the R200, it's gone to waste.
