What is wrong with your billing!!!

I check my data usage every month on *111# and every time it shows that I still have data available on my bundle, but whent the invoice comes I have to pay in!
So I phoned Vodacom today to increase my data bundle, I am currently paying R99 for a 1gig, but the call centre said to increase me to a 2 gig will cost R349!!! Seriously!!!
On your website I can get a 3 gig bundle for R99!!!
