I upgraded my contract to a Z10 last month, in my package 5Gig of bundles ware included. I phoned the call center on the 4th since these bundles were not loaded. Case was logged and I was issued with Ref No 6858433 and told to wait for 72hrs, next day on Saturday I phoned back but nothing they could do so I was inconvenience as a customer for what I pay for. Since I had no data anymore I had no other choice but to increase my monthly spending limit with R150 on top of R50 that I've already spent to buy 2 1 Gig promo. Today the 8th I phoned the call centre and spoke with Lindiwe and number other operators. Apparently this case was sent to data queries dpt and they sent it to Technical Dpt with Ref No 4131290 yesterday, this means I have to wait another 3days. After I spoke with one operators I received an sms that I've been loaded with 1G of data. Phoned to ask if this is a cutesy bundles or I still have to pay for those bundles but they couldn't't answer me.

Now I have to pay my monthly instalment of r360, r50 monthly limit, r150 increase to my monthly limit. All this this to buy Data. Maybe pay more for this 1G I received that no one knows about.
