On 16 December I had some MTN royalty points. I used them to purchase a 24hr uncapped data bundle & two 10MB data bundles, & received 3 sms's that they were purchased & activated. I used the 10MB bundles to see if they were actually active by going on the internet, then checking my data balance & saw they were being used. I then used the data to do some large updates on my phones & backed-up & restored all the apps, games & data.

I have purchased these bundles in this fashion before, & had no issues. Plus, I thought I had a R300 limit which would protect me if there were still an issue. I was in contact with Nashua in December about this problem when I got an SMS stating I was over my R300 limit. I spoke to various people over a few days & none ever got back to me. I was also informed after-the-fact that the R300 cap was not guaranteed. I spoke to Tshego who was in contact with MTN. They told her that they saw the bundles, and she would sort it out and call if there was a problem. She never did, so I assumed it was fixed.

On 6 March, Warren Theron called, issue was still not resolved. I gave him all this info & he has not responded. I have emailed and called, & there is no reply
