I am waiting for my Statement via email for 2 weeks, but they will "charge for statements" that are requested. I have phoned 3 different times and spoke to 3 different call center assistances. They do not know how to do their jobs, they do not know who their supervisor/manager is, they do not know the number of their supervisor/manager, they do not know their email address. They can not help me to date. When they put you through, its to another customer service line. This is for a cellphone account that I have had for 10 years with MTN!
