Billing Info Requested 7 times with No success

I have requested my Feb 2013 invoices and statement 7 times since 14 Feb 2013 and to date i have still not receieved my statement and invoices. this is unacceptable as i have spent hours on end speaking to call centre agents. they want to verify my email address but they never send me my statements. they have to request the statements to be sent to me which never happens as i still didi not recveive my statements. Ellen from MTN call centre had to request and personally email my invoice, but unfortunately it is only the one number almost a month later. if my account isnt paid, my line gets suspended almost immediately and i have been paying my account on a cash basis for the past 2 years. i have been a loyal MTN customer for the past -10 years and do not believe i deserve this kind of service.
